WHY YOU CAN MAKE MONEY

The HTE Marketing Plan is designed to help average people make above average income.  At the heart of the plan are two powerful concepts.  First, one purchase qualifying.  When you buy your Chi Machine you become commission qualified forever.  There are no monthly sales or volume requirements to worry about.  Second, rolling volume for advancement.   Group sales are accumulated for six consecutive month to allow maximum accumulation of volume to achieve the highest levels in the company.

INITIAL PURCHASE

The Chi Machine retails for $660.00.  If you enroll as a Distributor and order the $24.95 Sales Kit, you can purchase the Chi Machine for the wholesale price of $480.00.  Shipping is $10 (on Chi), $15 on Hot House-- and will take about two weeks for delivery.  You must pay your state sales tax, if applicable.  

PERSONAL COMMISSIONS

*To become a Manager you need 2 First-Level Supervisors
**To become a President, you need 4 First-Level Managers

After your first purchase you do not need to ever make another purchase to qualify for commissions and all sales by you or your downline are commissionable.  Your downline sales and points count for you and them.  Once you achieve a level you never lose that position.  Remember to pay your renewal fee of $20.00 on your sign-up date anniversary.

How Commissions Are Calculated

Each Chi Machine sale is worth 45 Business Volume Points (BVP) and each Hot House sale is worth 80 BVP. When you purchase your first Chi Machine you get 45 points.  The points qualify you for the level of Distributor.  After you have 45 BVP, you receive 10% commission on each sale until you reach the next level.

Multiply the the BVP times 10 to equal your Commission Basis Volume (CBV).  For example, one Chi Machine sale is worth 45 BVP X 10 = 450 CBV. Multiply your CBV times your earnings percentage to determine your commission.  For example, 450 CBV X 10% = $45.00 for your first Chi Machine sale. Your first purchase of a Chi Machine counts for BVP (related to number of machines), not commission.  Any points above what you need to obtain the next level will be paid on the next level earning percentage.

TIP: You become a Manager or a President on the 1st day of the following month after you qualify.  When you are working to become a Manager or President, keep in contact with the company every day at the last of the month to track your points so you won't have to wait until the next month to advance.       For all other levels, commission earnings apply from the day you qualify.

OVERRIDE PROFIT

Example:  John achieves the level of Supervisor (10 total sales) and is at a commission earnings level of $108.00.  John sells a unit to Mary who receives no commission for her personal purchase and John receives $108.00.      Mary, now a Distributor,  then sells a system to Sue.  Sue receives no commission since it is her first purchase; Mary receives $45.00 commission for her first sale and John receives $63.00, the difference between Supervisor level ($108.00) and Chief level ($45.00).  If Sue sells a system to Bob, Bob receives no commission for his own purchase; Sue receives $45.00 for her first sale.   The sale moves Mary to the Chief level ($67.50) because she now has three total sales and she receives $22.50, the difference between Chief level ($67.50) and Sue's Distributor level ($45.00).  John receives $40.50, the difference between Supervisor level and Mary's Chief level.  And so on....

GROWTH BONUS

If you are a Supervisor and have a first generation Supervisor under you, you get a Supervisor Bonus of 2%. 

When you become a Manager you are paid an 8% override on all first level Supervisor volume and 6% on all Supervisor volume from the second level to infinity. For each first  level Manager you receive a 2% bonus, and 1% for all second level Managers.

As a President you will make an 8% override on the volume of all first level Managers, an 6% override on all second level Managers and 5% on all third level to infinity Managers.

PRESIDENT BENEFITS

As a President's Club member you will share, along with other Presidents, in a 3% Leadership Bonus pool based on the total volume of sales of the company in a specific month.  You also qualify for a 1% monthly Car Fund bonus and a 1% Travel Fund bonus.

This pay-plan has many benefits: You can quickly rise to the top levels. Once a level is achieved, you never lose it. Once a level is achieved, their are no monthly quotas. It is simple and easy to explain. There is a bonus available paid on company wide sales.

 

Level 1, Distributor: To qualify you purchase your own machine ($480) and a distributor kit ($18)   You now qualify to earn $45.00 per Chi Machine Sale

Level 2, Chief: To qualify you sell one (1) Chi Machine:   You now qualify to earn $67.50 per Chi Machine Sale

Level 3, Supervisor: To qualify you and/or your organization have sold a total of 9 Chi Machines.   You now qualify to earn $108.00 per Chi Machine Sale

Level 4, Manager: To qualify you and/or your organization have sold a total of 64 Chi Machines. In addition to this you must have 2 people in your organization that have reached the level of Supervisor.   You now qualify to earn $144.00 per Chi Machine Sale

Level 5, President: To qualify you and/or your organization have sold a total of 392 Chi Machines. In addition to this you must have 4 people in your organization that have reached the level of Manager.   You now qualify to earn $180.00 per Chi Machine Sale In addition to this, there is a monthly bonus that is divided among the Presidents which is equal to 5% of the entire companies gross sales for the month. This is paid in the form of 3% Cash, 1% Car Bonus & 1% Travel Bonus

 

Below is a simplified explanation of the payplan. As you reach each level, you are paid the the difference between your distributors and your commission. Bonuses are available for distributors that reach the same level you have achieved.   Example 1 You are a Manager and sign a new distributor You earn $144.00 That distributor makes his/her first sale and earns $45.00 You earn the difference between your $144 and their $45 You earn $99.00 That distributor makes his/her 2nd - 9th sales and earns $67.50 per sale You earn the difference between your $144 and their $67.50 You earn $76.50 per sale As a Manager, you earn $855.00 for each new distribtor you help to reach Supervisor. As a Manager you would earn $36. for each sale your Supervisors make. If you had only 10 Supervisors making only 10 sales per month you would earn $3,600.00 per month without making a single sale yourself. Example 2 As a President you would earn the same $36.00 per sale on your Managers and $72.00 per sale on your Supervisors. With only 4 Managers each having only the same 100 sales (in their group) you would earn $14,400 per month, again, without making a single sale yourself.

It's not a matter of, "Can I afford the Chi machine?"

But rather, "Can I afford NOT to have one?"
